What can I win at Dice?
Dice runs online prize competitions for cars, cash, tech and other prizes, alongside instant win competitions. The lineup changes weekly. Check current competitions for the exact prizes available.
Do you run hot hatch competitions?
Our car competitions include a changing selection of enthusiast cars. Audi S3s, Volkswagen Golf Rs and Golf GTIs are examples of hot hatches, not a guarantee that a particular model is currently available. Check the live listings for the current cars and their specifications.
Where do I find car raffles and cash raffles?
If you use these terms when searching, explore Dice’s car competitions and cash prize competitions. Each listing explains the particular competition’s entry process and draw details.
Where is Dice Competitions based?
We’re based in Swindon, Wiltshire. You can browse our competitions and manage your entries online through the Dice website.
Can I choose cash instead of the prize?
A cash alternative is available only when the individual competition listing offers one. Check the prize details before entering; do not assume that every prize can be exchanged for cash.
Entering & eligibility
Can I enter by post?
Postal entry information is available on individual competition pages. Follow the full instructions, eligibility requirements and deadlines in the terms and conditions.
Who can enter Dice competitions?
Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. Other eligibility restrictions apply; please read our competition terms before entering.
Is there a limit on how many entries I can buy?
Entry limits vary by competition. Check the individual competition page for the maximum allowed per person.
Do I need Facebook to enter?
No. You enter through the Dice website using your Dice account. Facebook is where we broadcast our live draws; it is not required to place an entry on our site.
Tickets & payments
When are my online tickets confirmed?
Tickets are confirmed after successful payment. Check your account for confirmed entries. If something looks wrong, contact info@dicecompetitions.co.uk with your order reference.
Will I get an order confirmation email?
Yes. A confirmation email is sent after successful online payment. If you cannot find it, check your junk folder and your account orders. If your payment is still unconfirmed, contact us before trying to pay again.
Where can I find my ticket numbers?
Sign in and open Your Entries to view your confirmed entries and ticket numbers. Ticket numbers are also shown on your order confirmation page once payment is confirmed.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by card, use Apple Pay when it is available on your device, or apply available site credit through your account. Checkout shows the options available for your order.
Where do I enter a discount code?
Add your entries to the basket, enter your code in the coupon box and select Apply coupon. Check that the discount appears in your total before continuing to checkout. Codes are subject to their own conditions.
Live draws
How do you choose a live draw winner?
We use Google’s random number generator (RNG) to select the winning ticket number during a live draw. The winner is selected from the competition’s eligible entries.
Where can I watch the live draw?
Watch on the Dice Competitions Facebook page. Check your competition’s published draw details for when to tune in.
How will you contact me if I win a live draw?
We contact live draw winners using the email address on their account. If we cannot reach you by email, we may try your account phone number. Keep your contact details up to date.

Watch our live draws on the Dice Competitions Facebook page and browse our published winners and results. Each competition page sets out its prize and entry details.
Auto draws & ticket numbers
How are automatic draw winners chosen?
For automatic draws, the website’s draw software randomly selects a winning entry from the recorded eligible entries. Read how our automatic draws work.
How are my ticket numbers randomly allocated?
The website selects numbers at random from those available for the competition. Read about random ticket allocation.
Does allocating a ticket number also choose the draw winner?
No. Ticket allocation and main draw winner selection are separate steps. See how ticket allocation, automatic draws, live draws and instant wins differ.
Instant wins & results
How do instant win competitions work?
Choose a game in the Dice Instant Arcade, read its prize list and entry details, and complete checkout. You can then reveal the results connected to your confirmed entries using Lucky Wheel or instant reveal games. Not every entry wins.
Are cash prizes and site credit the same?
No. A cash prize and site credit are different prize types. Check the competition’s prize list and terms so you know what each winning entry awards.
Where can I see winners and results?
Visit competition winners and results for published main draw results. Completed competition pages also display their results where available. Instant Arcade games display their prize information and confirmed wins.
